Added
Bring a person into a video call. A caller in a browser video call with an AI assistant can ask for a person, or the assistant can ask for one. Your group is alerted in the agent portal with the conversation so far, and the first person to take it joins the same call. Off until you choose a group.
Screen sharing. Once a person has joined, the caller can share their screen, and so can the person. Agent-started video calls can allow screen sharing with a setting.
Run the AI on your own servers. Speech to text, voices and language models on the platform's own CPUs, chosen per assistant, group or account, with automatic fallback. Five ways to run each kind of AI, from outside provider only to this server only.
Industry packs choose where AI runs. Installing a pack asks whether its assistants use your provider or this server, so you do not edit them one by one. Change many assistants at once from one screen.
Voice channels. Offer a call over WhatsApp and other apps before it falls back to the phone network, chosen in route plans like a trunk. A call link by text message opens a browser call with an AI assistant.
Channel targets for text messages. WhatsApp, Viber, LINE, WeChat, IMO, Telegram and Signal as delivery lanes in the SMS platform, with a reachability check and fallback to SMS.
Telecom and logistics packs. Two more starter packs: telecom and mobile operators (with a SIM-swap safety script) and logistics and delivery.
Install with no internet. Build a new server from an existing one online, send the built images over SSH, or write an offline bundle on a disk that is verified before it installs. Upgrades send only what changed.
Backups with restore drills. Encrypted nightly backups sent off the server, scheduled restore drills that prove they work, and point-in-time recovery for the AI database.
User guides. Click-by-click guides for the voice command center, fraud protection, the call generator and network management, and an overview by industry.
Phone numbers. An inventory of your numbers, with each number sent to a call flow, a route plan or an AI assistant. Sandbox numbers for testing that cannot reach the phone network.
Link your carriers. Read the numbers you hold at a carrier into your account, search for new ones and buy or release them. Ready-made for Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage and Plivo, or describe any other carrier with an API.
Plans and usage. Four plans, a 14-day trial for new accounts, allowances per meter with a warning at 80%, and invoices and plan requests in the account.
Access and roles. Roles for staff, optional limits to certain assistants or calls, and a record of every change.
Call reviewers. Who reviewed which calls, legal holds, and the platform data an assistant looked up.
Tamper-evident audit. Finished calls sealed into a hash chain with daily signed roots, scheduled verification, a retention lock and an optional external timestamp.
Extended call records. More than 100 additional fields on each call for reporting.
Accessibility. Text telephone (TTY) support, adaptive speech pace, live captions and hand-over to a trained person.
Text messages and satisfaction. Text-message chat from the assistant, satisfaction questions at the end of a call, and opt-out handling.
Living documentation. Searchable documentation with revision history and reviewed suggestions, readable by the assistants themselves.
Changed
Every setting shows a padlock when your plan does not include it, with the plan that does.
Capability settings for all groups are visible on an assistant's Capabilities tab.
