Support Services One was founded by telecom operators, for telecom operators. SSONE is the answer to the question: "why does running a voice platform still require six vendor consoles, three spreadsheets and a chat group?"

SSONE is built by people who have spent nights paged out by SBC alarms, weekends reconciling CDR spreadsheets, and quarters fighting vendor consoles that change with every release. We built what we needed.
